When we met there were a lot of unknowns, but what we did know was that our work environments weren’t aligning to the vision we had for ourselves. We weren’t fully utilizing our abilities to support our creative energy, communities, and world in a meaningful way.
FutureNow, or a version of it, was baked into the initial vision when we first decided to build together. We knew there was magic here and we wanted to invest any learnings and resources we accrued to aid other creatives and community minded humans in finding their footing and really soar.

1/ Discovery
We want to hear it all; the dream, impact, your wants, your needs, and your whys. There’s a quick little survey at the end you can fill out to see what makes sense for us.
2/ Meeting with Intention
We will prepare a pitch deck to go deeper in to what the relationship could look like.
3/ Proposal Offering
Here we will define things such as check ins, key performance indicators (KPI), milestones, goals, etc.
4/ Building
The work doesn’t end when we reach our initial goals. The idea is to support and guide you in perpetuity. This will be our shared success story.

Glenda draws on 21 years of experience as a social entrepreneur to mentor other executives to become successful architects of their own responsive and sustainable businesses.
